Design Services Agreement & Terms
Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing all design services provided by Siri Dezines. By booking or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following.
Design services are provided as outlined in the selected package. Services may include design consultation, styling guidance, furniture selection, paint color recommendations, décor selection, layout refinement, and virtual shopping support.
Signature Design is consultative in nature and does not include physical styling, on-site execution, installation, construction drawings, permit-ready documents, or trade coordination.
- Session time must be reserved and paid in advance
- Services are billed based on scheduled time
- Session time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled conclusion time
- Additional time requested during or after the session is billed at $100 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
- Unused time is non-refundable and non-transferable
Because all design services are customized and time is reserved exclusively for each client, all purchases are final.
- Refunds, exchanges, or service credits are not available once a session is booked
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable
- Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in no refund
- Late arrivals will not extend session time
- Physical styling or on-site execution
- Full-room design or complete space planning
- 2D or 3D concept boards or photorealistic renderings
- Construction, renovation, or trade coordination
- Custom cabinetry, custom drapery, or custom upholstery
- Extended sourcing or research beyond the scheduled session time
- Purchasing products on behalf of the client
- Installation, assembly, or contractor coordination
All guidance is aesthetic and advisory only. Clients must consult licensed professionals prior to purchasing or installing recommended items.
- Revisions are not included in Signature Design
- Any additional design development or follow-up beyond the scheduled session time is billed at $100 per hour
- Product comparisons, recommendations, and alternatives may be discussed during the scheduled session time
- Continued sourcing, reselection, or extended product research beyond the session requires additional booked time
- Product availability, pricing, and lead times are not guaranteed
- Design fees apply to design services only
- Furnishings and décor are not included
- Clients are responsible for ordering, delivery, assembly, installation, and inspection
- Siri Dezines is not responsible for vendor delays, damages, backorders, or product availability
- Signature Design is a session-based service
- This service does not include ongoing project management or long-term project retention
- There is no project hold, pause, or reopening associated with this service
By booking Signature Design services with Siri Dezines, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
This form is for acknowledgment purposes. A formal agreement will be provided upon booking.
