Design Services Agreement & Terms
Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing all design services provided by Siri Dezines. By booking or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following.
Design services are provided as outlined in the selected package. Services may include concept development, space planning, furniture and décor selections, and styling guidance as specified in the package description. Design services are consultative in nature and do not include construction drawings, permit-ready documents, or trade coordination.
- Clients must contact us prior to booking to confirm scope and starting investment
- Final pricing is confirmed after the discovery call
- Pricing applies to one room or one defined functional zone only
- Open-concept or combined spaces are billed per functional zone
- Design work begins only after the required payment is received
Because all design services are customized and created specifically for each client, all purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or design changes are not available once a service has been booked.
After booking, clients have five (5) business days to complete and submit the design questionnaire. Failure to do so may result in project cancellation without a refund.
- Built-ins are not included in any design package (available for purchase separately)
- Custom drapery, custom upholstery, or fabric selections are not included
- Small accessory styling requires a minimum Bundle Time Package (3 hours) — local clients only
- 3D concept boards or photorealistic 3D renderings are not included
- Kitchens and bathrooms do not include custom cabinetry or custom fixtures — refresh and styling updates only
- Not intended for structural, electrical, plumbing, lighting, or architectural planning
- Clients must consult with licensed professionals prior to purchasing or installing recommended items
- Siri Dezines is not responsible for suitability, performance, code compliance, or installation feasibility of selected items
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $100 per hour
- Alternative selections are provided for up to three (3) items total, with a maximum of two (2) options per item
- Additional sourcing or substitutions beyond this allowance are billed separately
- Clients have three (3) days to confirm selections; support beyond this window is billed at $100 per hour
- Design fees apply to design services only
- Furnishings and décor are not included
- Clients are responsible for ordering, delivery, assembly, installation, and inspection
- The designer is not responsible for delays, damages, or vendor-related issues
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Missed appointments are also non-refundable.
If there is a lapse in client communication exceeding thirty (30) days without prior written notice, the project may be placed on hold and the active file closed. A $100 project reopening fee must be paid in full prior to resuming services.
By booking services with Siri Dezines, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
This form is for acknowledgment purposes. A formal agreement will be provided upon booking.
