E-Design is a fully virtual interior design service — no in-home visits, no site measurements, no scheduling hassles. Just beautiful, personalized design delivered directly to your inbox.
You'll receive a comprehensive design package including inspirational concept boards, a custom color palette, curated furniture and décor selections with a clickable shopping list, guidance for repurposing existing pieces, and expert styling notes — all tailored specifically to your space, style, and budget.

Discovery Consultation
Design questionnaire, email consultation, and a 30-minute discovery call (phone or video) to align on your vision and goals.
Concept Boards
Two inspirational boards from you, plus two initial 2D concept boards created by the designer, with a finalized version after revisions.
Custom Color Palette
A bespoke color palette curated specifically for your space, style, and existing elements.
Furniture & Décor Selections
Sofas, beds, dining tables, rugs, lamps, mirrors, art, pillows, curtains, and more — with a clickable shopping list for easy purchasing.
Two Rounds of Revisions
Two included revision rounds to refine your concept, plus alternative selections for up to three items (maximum two options each).
Post-Project Support
Two weeks of virtual support after delivery — covering clarification of the design and minor implementation questions.

Complete the design questionnaire and join a 30-minute discovery call to share your style, needs, and inspirational boards.
Initial Concept Boards
Receive two 2D concept boards with your custom color palette, furniture selections, and layout guidance for review and feedback.
Revisions & Refinement
Two included rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design, swap out items, and align the concept perfectly with your vision.
Final Delivery & Support
Receive your finalized concept board, clickable shopping list, and styling notes — plus two weeks of virtual post-project support.

Design Services
Agreement.
- All purchases are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a service has been booked
- Design work begins only after required payment is received
- Clients have five (5) business days to submit the design questionnaire after booking; failure to do so may result in project cancellation without a refund
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable; missed appointments are also non-refundable
- Final pricing is confirmed after the discovery call
- Built-ins are not included (available for purchase separately)
- Custom drapery, custom upholstery, or fabric selections are not included
- Small accessory styling (coffee tables, consoles, shelves, bookcases) requires a minimum 3-hour Bundle Time Package — available to local clients only
- 3D concept boards or photorealistic renderings are not included
- Kitchens and bathrooms do not include custom cabinetry or fixtures — refresh and styling updates only
- Design deliverables are not construction or permit-ready documents
- Materials are aesthetic guides only — not for structural, electrical, plumbing, or architectural planning
- Clients must consult licensed professionals before purchasing or installing recommended items
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are billed at $100/hour
- Alternatives provided for up to three (3) items total, maximum two (2) options per item
- Clients are encouraged to purchase items promptly; if an item becomes unavailable, further sourcing is billed at $100/hour
- Clients have three (3) days to confirm selections; support beyond this window is billed at $100/hour
Two (2) weeks of post-project virtual support are included, beginning upon delivery of the final concept board. Support is limited to clarification of the completed design and minor implementation questions only.
Not included during post-project support:
- Redesigns or additional concepts
- New item sourcing
- Layout changes
- Continued design guidance beyond the included period
Any requests beyond the included support are billed at $100/hour. Post-project support is virtual only.
- If client communication lapses for more than 30 days without prior written notice, the project may be placed on hold and the active file closed
- A $100 project reopening fee must be paid in full prior to resuming services
- Design fees apply to design services only — furnishings and décor are not included
- Clients are responsible for all ordering, delivery, assembly, installation, and inspection
