Yes. Every project is tailored to your space and investment level. We recommend a minimum furnishings and décor budget of $8,000–$15,000 per room, depending on scope and room size. This is separate from design fees and includes furniture, décor, lighting, rugs, artwork, and other key elements.

All design deliverables are sent digitally via email and may include curated product selections and furnishing guidance tailored to your space.

No. Clients are responsible for purchasing, delivery, installation, and contractor coordination. We provide design direction only.

Product availability can change quickly, so we recommend purchasing recommended items within 3 days of receiving your design plan.

If a selected item becomes unavailable within this 3-day period, we will provide a suitable alternative recommendation at no additional cost.

To maintain the integrity of the design concept, alternative selections will be made at our discretion based on style, function, and budget. Requests for additional sourcing or replacements after the 3-day period may be subject to a per-item sourcing fee.

We primarily work with our trusted vendor network to ensure quality, consistency, and cohesive design results. We do not typically source items from client-selected retailers, as our curated vendor list is essential to achieving a cohesive design outcome.

Full payment is required at booking to secure your project. All services are confirmed and scheduled once payment is received.

No. Once design deliverables are completed, all purchasing, installation, and execution are the client's responsibility. We are not liable for any post-implementation issues.
