Design Services Agreement & Terms

Conditions.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing all design services provided by Siri Dezines. By booking or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following.
Design services are provided as outlined in the selected package (À La Carte Service, E-Design, Hybrid Design, or In-Home Styling). Services may include focused design guidance, furniture selection, paint colour recommendations, décor selection, layout refinement, and styling direction as specified in the package description.
À La Carte Service is consultative in nature and does not include full-room design, space planning, construction drawings, or trade coordination.
- Services must be paid in full prior to booking
- Pricing applies to one item or one defined category per service
- Additional items require separate booking
- Work begins only after payment is received and project details are submitted
Because all services are customised and time is reserved exclusively for each client, all purchases are final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available once booked. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information prior to the consultation.
- Full-room design or space planning
- Multiple-item room packages
- Construction, renovation, or installation work
- Purchasing or ordering products on behalf of the client
- Trade coordination or contractor management
- 2D or 3D renderings or construction documents
- One refinement or alternative suggestion is included based on scope
- Additional revisions or extended sourcing are billed at $100 per hour
Up to two (2) curated recommendations may be provided for the selected item. One (1) round of refinement or alternative suggestions is included within the original scope.
Design fees apply to consultation and design guidance only. Clients are responsible for all purchasing, delivery, installation, and execution. Siri Dezines is not responsible for vendor delays, damages, or product availability.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed appointments are non-refundable.
This service is session-based. No project hold or ongoing management is included.
